Must-have screen protectors for the new OnePlus 15?

Finally upgraded to the OnePlus 15 from my old 9 Pro, which was honestly a trooper but the curved edges were a nightmare for screen protectors. I spent years messing with those flimsy film ones that just peel up after a week and I really dont wanna deal with that again. The 15 feels a bit different in the hand, maybe slightly more boxy? I need something that actually plays nice with the fingerprint sensor and wont lift if I use a case. Does anyone have a solid glass recommendation that covers the edges properly without bubbling up? Kinda stressed about scratching this display already tbh.

Congrats on the upgrade. I feel you on those curved edges, they are a total scam for screen protectors. I just swapped the glass on my kids' devices and went with the Spigen AlignMaster Tempered Glass for the 15. The alignment tool is a lifesaver, saved me a ton of frustration and time. Seriously, the dealer wanted $50 just to slap a piece of glass on, but I did it myself for like $15. If you do the math, that is saving me nearly 70% just by not being lazy. Tip for the fingerprint sensor: re-register your prints after the glass is on and crank up your screen sensitivity in the settings. It works like a charm every time. Honestly, spend the few bucks now so you dont have to pay for a screen replacement later. That is just bad economics...

Building on the earlier suggestion, I recommend the Whitestone Dome Glass UV Liquid Adhesive for the OnePlus 15. Because this glass uses a liquid adhesive that cures under UV light, it fills the microscopic gaps between the screen and the protector, which solves the edge-lifting issue typical with curved displays. It creates a solid bond that is far more durable than standard dry-adhesive glass protectors. The fingerprint sensor works consistently because the liquid eliminates the air gap that usually interferes with ultrasonic or optical scanning. Just follow the installation guide precisely to ensure the adhesive spreads evenly across the entire surface area before curing.

Re: "Building on the earlier suggestion, I recommend the..." - honestly, that sounds like way too much work for me. I usually skip the liquid stuff—it's super messy if you mess up. I lowkey prefer keeping it simple:

  • Just grab a decent tempered glass from ZAGG or OtterBox.
  • Honestly, just go with any reputable brand, you can't go wrong. NGL, I'd rather just stick with a standard dry application and call it a day.
