Does Kohl's app notify you when items go on sale?

im honestly so fed up with trying to keep track of prices manually lately, especially since Im trying to stick to a strict 150 dollar monthly clothing budget for my kids school stuff here in Ohio. Like, Ill put a bunch of things in my cart on the Kohls app hoping Ill get some kind of alert when the prices finally drop, but nothing ever happens unless I check it every single day myself. Its super annoying because I swear I used to get random push notifications about price drops or clearance events, but now my phone is totally silent except for those generic marketing ads telling me to buy random shoes I never looked at. Am I missing some hidden setting somewhere in the app menu, or does Kohls app genuinely not notify you when items on your wishlist or cart actually go on sale?

You are completely right to be frustrated by this. Unfortunately, the Kohl's app does not currently support direct cart or wishlist price-drop push notifications for specific items, which makes manual tracking necessary if you want to stay strictly within a monthly budget. Those notifications you remember receiving previously were indeed phased out in favor of broad promotional blasts. To work around this limitation effectively, I recommend utilizing independent price-tracking extensions or third-party alert services rather than relying on the retailer app. Setting up external trackers ensures you receive immediate alerts when costs decrease, saving you from having to check your cart daily while managing your children's clothing expenses.

Yeah, exactly what the first reply said. Kohl's app is honestly pretty useless for actual price alerts on specific cart items.

  • Notifications are mostly spam ads
  • Wishlist alerts rarely trigger I used to check prices manually, but PriceDropCatch makes it way easier to see if a sale is actually legit. Saves so much time when you're on a tight budget.
