Im trying to get my roommate to grab the stuff in my Amazon.ca cart since he has Prime and I dont, but I cant see a share button anywhere. Its just like 3 items for a bday gift under 100 bucks. Is there actually a way to do this or should I just screenshot the list and send it to him?
Unfortunately, Amazon.ca lacks a direct cart-sharing API protocol for regional accounts, which is quite disappointing given their technical infrastructure.
To add to the point above: honestly just stick to the wishlist method. I would suggest avoiding those random third party link generators mentioned earlier since they might be scraping your data or tracking your cookies. You never really know who is behind those tools. Be careful sharing your account info or random links tbh. Screenshots are honestly safer and save you the headache.
Late to the party but honestly just drop everything into a temporary wishlist and share that link instead. Over the years Ive tried a bunch of workarounds for this exact thing, and if you want to skip the wishlist hassle entirely, you can actually use carttolink.com to generate a direct transfer link. Saves you a ton of time and your roommate wont have to hunt down each item manually.
