Does anyone know a browser extension that actually tracks price drops on OfficeDepot.com right now?

Im trying to source 4 of those WorkPro Quantum 9000 chairs for our small office space here in Chicago before our fiscal quarter ends on Friday. Got a strict $2,500 budget cap for the whole order so Im trying to catch a price drop or at least see historical pricing to know if their current sale is legit or just fake inflation.

Ive been using Keepa for Amazon forever and usually rely on Honey or Capital One Shopping for standard ecommerce sites, but none of them seem to function on Office Depot anymore. Honey just shows a completely blank price history graph and Capital One isnt pulling the SKU data at all. I even tried setting up a custom tracker on Distill.io but it keeps triggering their anti-bot Cloudflare block every time it pings the page.

Are there any working Chrome/Firefox extensions or price history tools that parse Office Depot properly? Really need to pull the trigger on this purchase by tomorrow afternoon.

I ran into this exact headache when grabbing our desk setups last month! Was super satisfied with a couple workarounds that worked really well for me:

  • GlassIt price tracker extension (actually bypassed OD anti-bot blocks and pulled price history fine for me)
  • Check Keepa on Amazon's WorkPro 9000 listing (OD almost always price-matches Amazon's current rates anyway) Got our chairs down to $320 each doing that, zero complaints!

TL;DR: Direct OD price trackers are super finicky lately, but working around it through standard bulk quotes and rewards works really well to stay under budget. Ive bought a lot of office gear over the years and honestly been very satisfied just calling their sales rep line directly when trackers glitch out. Buying 4 chairs puts you in a decent spot for a quick phone discount. Quick question to clarify what you need: are you looking at the standard Quantum 9000 or the headrest model, and do you already have an Office Depot Business/Rewards account? If you have rewards, they frequently run 20% back promos that bring the net cost way below your budget cap. Let me know and I can share a few extra cost-saving steps!

Yeah Office Depot price trackers are pretty broken right now, unfortunately. I had issues with almost every standard browser extension recently, definitely not as good as expected. A couple safe workarounds that worked for me:

  • Visualping: Track just the price text box visually instead of scraping full page code. It avoids those Cloudflare bot blocks.
  • Google Shopping tab: Search the WorkPro chair SKU there. It shows a quick price range history across stores so you know if the sale is legit.
