I swear I put things in my cart and the next day the price jumps up by like fifteen bucks, then there's a coupon but it doesn't apply to the brand I want. I am trying to do back to school shopping for my two boys on a super tight $200 budget and I cannot afford to keep missing the actual markdowns. I live in Ohio and our local store is always a mess with clearance tags that don't match the register. I just want to know when they actually do their markdowns. When do Kohl's prices drop the most during the week?
