I'm no expert but I just looked into this last week. You definitely need a charger with PPS that hits the 11V/4.05A profile for 45W. I picked up the Samsung 45W Power Adapter with 5A Cable because it includes the required 5A cable. Most standard USB-C cables are only 3A, which limits you to 25W. Stick to 5A-rated gear to see that 2.0 notification.
