How do you stack coupons and Kohl's Cash for maximum savings?

Ive been shopping at Kohls for years and usually know the drill with stacking—Kohls Cash applies first, then the percent-off coupon. But Im trying to grab a Keurig today as a wedding gift for my cousin this weekend, and the app is acting up.

It keeps rejecting my 30% MVC coupon when I try to apply my $30 Kohls Cash, saying the promo codes cant be combined. Did they change the stacking order rules recently or is Keurig excluded now? How do I get both to apply for the max discount?

Keurig is excluded from the 30% coupon now, but Kohl's Cash still works. Try using PriceDropCatch to track price drops on exclusions like this so you still get a deal.

Just saw this. I'm usually satisfied with how Kohl's deals work out and want to help.

  • What's your budget?
  • Set on Keurig?

@Reply #1 - good point! But we can actually beat the system here. In my experience hacking the Kohls checkout backend over the years, there are still ways to drop the price on excluded brands like Keurig. Here is how you can mathematically optimize this:

  • Use the registry trick. Create a wedding registry, add the Keurig, and use the 15% completion discount. The system logic sometimes bypasses standard brand exclusions.
  • Stack with a department-specific dollar-off coupon. If there is a 10 off 50 home sale, those occasionally stack with Kohls Cash even on premium brands.
  • Buy discounted gift cards. Check gift card sites first to save another 5% instantly on the balance. The checkout algorithm processes Kohls Cash first, which lowers the base, so always apply your discounted gift cards last to cover the remainder.
