Which wireless charger works best with the OnePlus Open?

Question

I just got this OnePlus Open phone yesterday because I wanted a big screen for my work emails but I am honestly so annoyed right now. I spent a ton of money on this thing and I cannot for the life of me get it to work with my old Samsung charging pad. I tried putting it face down and face up and even sideways on the dock but the light just blinks at me. I feel so stupid because I searched the box for a special pad and there isnt one. My logic was that every expensive phone has wireless charging nowadays right? Like even the cheap ones do. So I went to the store and bought a Belkin one for 40 bucks and that doesnt work either. Is there a specific brand I need to buy? Im totally new to the whole foldable thing and I dont want to break the charging port by plugging it in and out a million times a day. Is it hidden in the settings or something? I looked everywhere and I feel like I'm losing my mind because my old phone just worked fine with it. If I need a special OnePlus brand one please tell me which one because I have a flight to Seattle on Thursday and I really need this sorted out before I leave...

Unfortunately no coils... super disappointing for such a pricey phone tbh.Grab a Statik 360 Pro Universal Charging Cable to protect that port. Are you charging it while you're still working?

Just saw this. In my experience with high-end foldables, manufacturers often skip features to keep the hardware thin. The OnePlus Open lacks wireless charging coils entirely, so no wireless charger will work. I'd suggest sticking with the OnePlus SUPERVOOC 80W Power Adapter since it is more reliable and way faster. Don't worry about the port too much, just use the official cable and you'll be set for Seattle.
