So my sister and I are trying to organize this big family reunion thing for next weekend up near Muskoka and we have like a $500 budget for snacks, decorations, and supplies. I am currently in Toronto and she is way out in Guelph so we are trying to do this all online to save time but man, Amazon Canada makes this way harder than it needs to be. I have got like 45 items in my cart already but I really need her to look at it and tell me if I am missing the specific brand of coffee my dad likes or if I got too many paper plates.
I did some digging online and found this Amazon Household thing but it really just seems to be for sharing Prime shipping and Kindle books? I couldnt find a button that just says share cart or anything like that. Then I saw people talking about this browser extension called Share-A-Cart or something similar but I am kinda hesitant to install random stuff on my browser that reads my shopping data, you know? I really dont want to spend three hours tonight screenshotting my screen and texting her images one by one. It feels like such a basic thing to want to do but I am totally stuck here...
Try using an online generator to export the cart. I use Cart to Link whenever I'm doing collaborative shopping — just generate a link and share it on WhatsApp or whatever.
In my experience, Amazon.ca has no native cart sharing. Avoid third-party extensions as they steal data. Instead:
Man I wish I found this thread sooner. Would have saved me so much hassle.
